Overview

The HVAC Sheet Metal Installer is responsible for installing and fabricating HVAC ductwork and components according to project specifications for various types of buildings. The role requires reading blueprints and ensuring proper installation of duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble sheet metal ducts and related components as per project blueprints and specifications.
• Use tools like sheet metal brakes, plasma cutters, and welders to fabricate custom ductwork and fittings on-site.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Secure and support duct systems, ensuring proper alignment, level, and plumb.
• Install insulation, fire dampers, and other system components as required.
