• Read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Maintain high safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers and shop team for seamless execution

• Proven welding experience (certifications a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
