Job Description
Overview
The Core/Coil Stacker position involves assembling transformers and related sub-assemblies using defined procedures and equipment. The role requires reworking damaged parts and completing assemblies in a structured work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble various sizes of transformers and related sub-assemblies.
- Rework damaged or defective component parts.
- Complete assemblies using defined procedures and bills of materials.
- Perform work in various work centers including Bake oven, Coil hot press, and Core/clamp.
- Conduct turn to turn ratio testing (T.T.R) and Hook-Up.
