Founded in 1985, ATS is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, specializing in Industrial Maintenance to enhance factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance.
• Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.
• Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards.
• Works with customer counterparts to optimize maintenance and reliability procedures.
• May setup and operate multiple machining operations including lathe, drill press, and grinder.
• Documents work performed in service reports and management systems.
• Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to project teams.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems.
• Utilizes advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data.
• Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs.
• Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Associates degree with a Technical focus and 10 years of related experience, or 12 years of experience in specific industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools.
• Extensive travel required (Local, National, International).
• Experience in condition based maintenance techniques and precision mechanical alignments is desirable.
• Experience in programmable logic controllers and maintenance of electrical drive and motor systems is desirable.

Additional Information

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
• Work is typically performed in a factory environment which is usually very loud.
• Employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.
