Responsibilities

• Cleans exterior of building using blower, pressure washer and other equipment
• Removes trash from exterior trash bins
• Cleans truck courts using blower and pressure washer
• Cleans trash and debris accumulated in exterior areas of the building
• Performs other exterior cleaning duties as assigned
• Assists with interior cleaning as needed, including cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
• Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors
• Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
• Dusts furniture and equipment
• Polishes metalwork
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills
• Empties wastebaskets and cleans ashtrays
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area
• Replenishes bathroom supplies
• Replaces light bulbs
• Delivers messages
• Transports small equipment or tools
• Sets up tables and chairs in meeting rooms, auditorium or hall
• Uses personal cell phone for quality assurance and timekeeping applications

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required
• No prior experience or training required
• Bilingual is preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred
