Responsibilities

• Perform precision welding on various metals using MIG/TIG and stick welding techniques.
• Adhere to proper operation protocols and routine maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure that every weld meets all quality standards and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and plans, understanding the ins and outs of each product.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards, and help develop safer ways of working.
• Work closely with the team to meet production deadlines and inspire colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Welder.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
