Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Line Operators to join our high-performance manufacturing team. As a core contributor to our production process, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting key equipment across various workstations assuring high-quality pipe and tubing products that are delivered on time and to spec.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and material handling systems according to SOPs.
• Use welding equipment to fuse materials together via STIK and MIG.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
• Monitor and maintain cycle times, flow rate, and material quality from one workstation to the next.
• Identify defects related to welds, hole positioning, Swage fitment, or pipe straightness—and escalate or correct as needed.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream stations to manage flow, coil transitions, and bundle staging.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and changeovers for production line equipment.
• Ensure proper completion of production tracking, heat number labeling, bundle counts, and board updates.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to 5S principles and OSHA standards.
• Support equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and improve longevity.
• Participate in cross-training to become proficient in multiple stations and qualify as a floater or line lead.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and other departments to keep production aligned.
• Follow safety procedures rigorously and wear always assigned PPE.
• Assist in loading, staging, and transporting materials when necessary.
