Overview

The Construction Laborer position is an entry-level role focused on performing basic physical labor tasks on marine and civil construction sites. The role involves supporting skilled trades and requires working in physically demanding and safety-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of basic physical labor tasks on construction sites.
• Handle power and manual tools, including sawing and nailing.
• Operate motorized equipment and assist with the installation and removal of construction materials.
• Work at considerable heights with fall protection measures in place.
• Support both land-based and overwater operations.

Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Experience walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Preference for candidates with a minimum of 6 months of formwork/concrete construction labor experience.
