Overview

The Spot Welder uses spot welding machines to spot-weld stainless steel parts together with various components and sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Welds pre-machined stainless-steel parts together that may or may not be located by means of tooling or machining.
• Assembles component parts to specific fixtures for locating and aligning prior to spot welding.
• Assembles small parts which requires manual dexterity.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 1-year progressive experience in Electro-Mechanical assembly.
• Must be a team player.
• Efficient, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
• Must conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations.
