As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and repairing metal structures, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and repair welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance welding skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus.
• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Welding certification is preferred but not required.
