Overview

Grillnetics designs and manufactures innovative outdoor cabinetry systems, focusing on craftsmanship, efficiency, and practical design. We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team, primarily responsible for welding aluminum frames for our modular cabinet systems using MIG (GMAW) processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on aluminum frames with precision and consistency.
• Read and interpret basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
• Cut, prep, and assemble aluminum components prior to welding.
• Assist in cutting and preparing Permabase (cement board) cladding materials.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet output goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG (GMAW) welding, preferably on aluminum.
• Ability to read tape measures and follow technical drawings.
• Experience with cutting tools (saws, grinders, etc.).
• Welding certification or formal welding education preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Welding school training or certification.
• Experience working with modular products or cabinetry.
• Familiarity with cement board or similar materials (e.g., Permabase).
