Premier Elevator Cabs is a small business in Waldorf, MD, focused on providing high-quality craftsmanship in manufacturing architectural metal products for the commercial elevator industry. They are seeking an apprentice/helper and a skilled Metal Worker who values precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Manage production schedules.
• Operate CNC fabrication machines (CNC Laser and Press brake).
• Perform light welding.
• Manage inventory of raw materials.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Some experience in various metalworking techniques.
• Proficiency in the use of tools and machinery associated with metal fabrication.
• Willingness to learn CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
