Overview
We are looking for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join our team in Ashburn, VA. The role involves fabricating metal parts, reading drawings, and supporting production for fuel management systems used in data centers. Local candidates preferred.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform TIG, MIG, and stick welding
- Cut, grind, shape, and fit metal materials
- Assemble and weld metal components
- Use tools such as grinders, drills, and band saws
- Measure materials and ensure accurate fabrication
- Perform quality checks and identify defects
- Prepare assemblies for painting
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Assist with field service work when required
- Minimum 2+ years welding experience or trade school
- Experience with TIG and MIG welding (stick welding preferred)
- Experience working with steel and stainless steel (aluminum is a plus)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
