Overview

Sleeve Seal is seeking a skilled and dependable Fabricator to support the in-house fabrication, modification, and assembly of industrial equipment and components. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work instructions
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal parts
• Operate fabrication equipment including plasma torch, grinders, drills, and shop machinery
• Perform TIG welding and assist with other welding processes
• Prepare and stage fabricated components for internal builds
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow OSHA, LOTO, and company safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical prints
• Proficiency with hand tools and fabrication equipment
• Experience with cutting tools, plasma torch, grinders
• Ability to perform TIG welding
• Basic machine operation knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Routinely lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
• Ability to work from ladders and lifts
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to be trained and grow within Sleeve Seal

Additional Information

• Shop-based fabrication environment at the Sleeve Seal facility with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and varying temperatures.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
• Standard shop hours with flexibility for extended hours as needed to meet production demands.
