Overview

The Fitter/Welder position involves performing fitting and welding assignments based on blueprints and layout specifications, assembling machinery, and fabricating metal components. The role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform fitting and welding assignments according to blueprints and layout specifications.
• Assemble and install machinery and equipment according to specifications.
• Fabricate and weld various metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Gather materials and set up welding equipment.
• Perform multi-processing welding functions in all positions.
• Maintain cleanliness in the assigned area.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment safely.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fitter.
• Proven experience as a Welder.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing.
• Ability to maintain punctual, regular, and reliable attendance.
