Overview

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Welder to join our production team, focusing on high-precision GTAW (TIG) welding of aerospace-grade materials. The ideal candidate will have strong technical welding skills, attention to detail, and experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on aerospace components using titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Weld thin-wall tubing with wall thickness as low as .020.
• Follow approved Procedure Qualification Records (PQRs) and welding specifications.
• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and repeatability.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with GTAW (TIG) welding.
• Experience welding titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to weld in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments.
• Current or prior welding certifications (ASME, AWS, or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
