Overview
Tesseract Fab, LLC. is seeking a Welder/Fabricator in Fayetteville, AR. This full-time position involves performing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks on various materials while ensuring safety and productivity in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality TIG (GTAW), resistance welding, brazing, and fabrication on stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, specifications, and work instructions.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
- Complete accurate production documentation including weld logs, job routings, and maintenance records.
- Perform proper pre-weld and post-weld cleaning, preparation, and finishing.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Report equipment issues and assist with preventative maintenance.
- Support team productivity goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of welding and fabrication experience in an industrial setting required.
- Formal welding education or certifications are a plus but not required.
- Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum required.
- Experience welding highly cosmetic/highly polished weldments preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to use measuring tools and basic shop math.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to pass visual acuity requirements, weld test including layout per print, and drug test.

Additional Information
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM.
- Work environment: Temperature-controlled manufacturing facility with exposure to hot materials, welding arc light, dust, and industrial chemicals.
- Standing or sitting for extended periods, repetitive motion, and occasional heavy lifting.
