Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in repair of overhead door and dock leveling systems.
• Research and resolve issues to customer satisfaction while interacting effectively with diverse backgrounds.
• Perform commercial and industrial maintenance and repairs on overhead doors and dock leveling systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems related to overhead doors and dock leveling systems.
• Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts while wearing PPE and fall protection.

Requirements

• Experience installing, diagnosing, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining commercial overhead steel doors.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Welding/fabricating experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Good driving record and active license.
