Overview

Kendall Howard is a growing IT manufacturer that values hard work and teamwork. The Welding Technician II role involves completing work orders, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety while being part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Complete all work orders assigned to that area
• Check that all paperwork on each job order has the matching revision level
• Check all parts to print
• Ensure all parts are properly labeled and moved to the next area when completed
• Inform the Shift Supervisor and the V.P. of Production about any irregularities on work orders
• Maintain their area regarding organization and cleanliness
• Follow all safety procedures and policies without exception
• Work with the V.P. of Production to improve and maintain safety systems and procedures
• Troubleshoot and assist in the repair of equipment as requested
• Maintain the highest level of quality in all parts that are produced
• Work with the Quality Auditors, Quality Manager, and others to ensure quality parts are always produced
• Meet all Key Performance Indicators
• Work with HR and department lead to train new staff
• Assist in the evaluation by providing regular feedback of new and current staff

Requirements

• 1 year of welding experience

Additional Information

• Work schedule is from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM Monday through Thursday with a $1.50 shift differential bonus.
