Responsibilities

• Manufacture quality irrigation and culvert products from fabricated metal components.
• Perform acceptable welding processes to meet inspection standards.
• Use hand and power tools correctly.
• Operate a forklift and secure a forklift license if required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical bulletins, and product specifications.
• Set up production jobs with appropriate fixturing and tools.
• Use specialized measuring tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and management.
• Work with limited supervision and demonstrate initiative and good judgment.
• Handle the physical requirements of the position.
• Weld galvanized steel, aluminum, and other materials as required.
