Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG welding daily and TIG welding as needed
• Fabricate products from raw steel to finished goods
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Assist with fabrication, prep work, material movement, and problem-solving
• Work as part of a fast-moving, team-oriented shop

Requirements

• Experience with fabrication and shop tools preferred
• Strong welding skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Problem-solving mindset
