Responsibilities

• Layout, measure, cut, and fabricate materials to specification
• Read and interpret shop drawings
• Perform code welding as required
• Ensure quality standards are met on all welds
• Operate overhead crane and fork truck safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean work area

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in structural steel, piping and pressure vessels
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Flux core welding processes
• Must pass weld tests in MIG and Flux core in 2G, and TIG Pipe
• X-ray weld experience is a plus
