Overview
Our custom metal fabrication division has a Fabricator position opening 1st shift. This role involves problem solving and creating a variety of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum fabrication and repair projects in a family-oriented team environment.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components from drawings or concept sketches to completion.
- Perform a variety of metal processing operations including bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, and MIG welding.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Welding: 3 years (Required)
- Fabrication & Welding skills
- Blueprint reading & interpretation skills
- Oxy-fuel cutting capabilities
- Manual plasma cutting preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Good attendance & on time
