Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to assemble structural forms according to blueprints and specific schematics.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process.
• Operate machinery including power tools, plasma cutters, and cranes to fabricate parts.
• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all fabricated parts meet company standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using power tools for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal.
• Experience in fabricating sheet metal components.
• Strong welding skills including soldering, plasma cutting, and machining.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Knowledge of assembling components to build structural forms.
• Experience operating cranes for material handling tasks.
