Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in our production operations, ensuring the highest quality standards in all welding projects while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform arc welding operations on various metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using SMAW techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine specifications and procedures.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding rods, electrodes, and filler materials based on project requirements.
• Execute welds in various positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform tack welding to hold parts in position for final welding.
• Grind, cut, and prepare metal surfaces prior to welding operations.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
