Overview

ColonialWebb is seeking a Foreman level Welder and Pipefitter to join their projects team. The role involves working closely with superintendents to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and budget standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control manpower and tools for efficient resource use.
• Direct installation of equipment and piping using various materials and joint methods.
• Determine required equipment and welding methods based on knowledge of metallurgy and welding techniques.
• Weld pipes and metals using techniques such as electric, gas, arc, MIG, TIG, and STICK.
• Develop plans to resolve customer issues and ensure future success.

Requirements

• OSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of BOCA and OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience with pipe welding on HVAC boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
• Ability to work from drawings, submittals, and specifications.
