Overview

We are seeking experienced welders to join our Manufacturing team, working on building home and gun safes. Applicants must have welding experience and be able to pass a weld test. We offer an in-house certification program, along with on-the-job and cross-training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Weld and/or grind to assist the production line.
• Work as a team to produce safes.
• Move between different areas as needed.
• Load/unload steel.
• Verify part dimensions.
• Ensure quality standards.
• Operate all machines if needed.
• Meet daily production goals.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety regulations.
• Report scrap steel.
• Be willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields.
• Familiarity with metal work and assembly tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including repeated and constant standing, bending, stooping, lifting, etc.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attendance habits.

Additional Information

• Regular schedule is Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm.
• Fridays are occasionally worked.
