We are looking for creative problem solvers to join our team as a Sr Millwright in Poca, WV, where you will safely perform a variety of tasks in the production process of heavy mechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Safely fabricate, assemble, weld, fit, and install heavy industrial equipment according to specifications.
• Read, interpret, and execute work accurately from blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform advanced welding and fabrication duties including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Inspect materials and finished products for compliance with quality standards.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production machines and equipment.
• Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
• Support production planning by assisting with schedules and material readiness.
• Train and mentor associates in job duties and safety practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Extensive experience in welding, fabrication, mechanical assembly, and machining processes.
• Proven ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong math skills including geometry and metric conversions.
• Ability to safely operate cranes, forklifts, and heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
• Effective verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Dependable, adaptable, and capable of independent work.
