We invest in people the same way we invest in advanced manufacturing technology. We are seeking a precision TIG Welder & Plasma Cutter to join our 1st shift team in Oxford, MI, who takes pride in producing flawless work for critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum and ferrous metals for aerospace and defense components.
• Use plasma cutting equipment to cut and trim metal parts to precise dimensions.
• Work to exacting specifications in a NADCAP-accredited facility.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions.
• Maintain weld quality standards per AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with welding, quality, and engineering teams to ensure mission-critical components meet specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Welding experience and/or certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., sit and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a welder vision exam.
• 3+ years of custom aerospace, repair welding experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems (preferred).
• Multi-process welding capabilities (preferred).
• Proficient in soldering, welding setups for production, NADCAP, vehicle & fleet welding, and blueprint reading.
