H.E. Williams, Inc. is committed to its workforce and offers an excellent benefit package for all full-time employees. The Production Welder position is for the 2nd shift, working from 3:30pm to 3:00am, with responsibilities including fabricating and welding metal parts used in production.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld metal parts used in production.
• Install metal parts for production.

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic English.
• Experience in mig, tig, stick welding; certification required or able to obtain one.
• Mechanical aptitude, use of hand tools and measuring devices.
• Possess and maintain current, valid Forklift Certification or able to obtain one.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• 1-2 years welding experience.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Capable of performing frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of varying weight.
