Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Fruitland, Idaho. This position focuses heavily on aluminum welding, along with a variety of general mechanical and fabrication tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality steel, stainless & aluminum welding on a variety of components.
• Assist with mechanical assembly, repairs, and general shop tasks.
• Operate standard shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in welding, including aluminum welding.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop tools.
• Ability to lift, move, and work with materials as required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
