Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble various components and/or sub-assemblies into specified fixturing and join by welding.
• Repair defective welds as necessary.
• Observe all safety rules and policies maintained by the company.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Pick and place components or subassemblies into proper fixturing.
• Apply GMAW (Gas-Metal-Arc Welding) techniques.
• Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisor or Quality Auditor.
• Rotate positions into different production teams as necessary.
• Set up welding equipment including changing gas.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Initiative and time management skills.
• Friendly and understanding demeanor.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time hourly position.
• Typical hours are Monday-Thursday 6am to 4:30pm.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
