Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine the specifications for each project.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components using various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Fabricate custom residential and commercial products, including but not limited to railings, gates, and structural components.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure that finished products meet the company's standards and specifications.
• Safely transport finished products to job sites or client locations as needed.
• Perform occasional on-site installation of fabricated components, ensuring proper fit and finish.
• Communicate with clients or site supervisors during deliveries or installations to ensure satisfaction and clarity.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of welding and fabrication experience, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
• Proven experience as a welder fabricator, preferably in a similar small business environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment to efficiently meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
