Overview

Emeca SPE USA is a company manufacturing steel pile splices for concrete piles at an automated facility in Laurel, DE. They are seeking a long-term, motivated worker to operate robotic welders in production.

Responsibilities

• Operate and work with welding robots, overseeing the welding process according to the production schedule.
• Recognize and correct any faults in the welding process.
• Conduct quality control of the manufactured parts.
• Weld and prepare parts for shipment.
• Use band saw and automatic shear to cut metal parts.
• Install and repair equipment.
• Operate press brake.
• Perform plasma and laser cutting.

Requirements

• Basic technical manufacturing knowledge.
• Some experience in welding and using power tools.
• Experience in production, automation, and programming is an advantage.
• Ability to focus on details and oversee quality control.
• Reliable, responsive, organized, and precise hard worker.
