Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong welding expertise, including MIG and TIG welding, and have experience working in fabrication environments. This role involves interpreting blueprints and adhering to safety standards while fabricating and repairing metal components.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG & TIG welding to fabricate metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments for precise work.
- Follow safety protocols on manufacturing floors.
- Assist in assembly tasks using schematics and technical instructions.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proven experience with MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, and plasma cutting.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machining tools.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Ability to lift and move 50lbs regularly.
- 1-year minimum verifiable work experience in a similar position.

Additional Information
- Full Time / 40hrs / 4x10
- Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM
- Starting Pay Rate: $25-$30 an hour - dependent upon experience.
