Overview

The Fabricator/Welder position in Atlanta involves bending, cutting, and welding of sheet metal using various fabrication tools and machines. This eval-to-hire role offers a pay range of $25–$30/hr with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule in a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform bending, cutting, and welding of sheet metal using various fabrication tools and machines.
• Ensure accuracy based on measurements and blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints to complete fabrication assignments with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards.
• Follow directions from supervisors while demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Prior experience in metal fabrication and welding required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Experience using machine cutters and press brake equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
