We are seeking a skilled MIG welder to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols, ensuring high-quality standards in all projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding duties on various metal structures according to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all welding tasks.
• Inspect and assess welded joints for quality and technique accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and tools in optimal working conditions through regular upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to fabricate and assemble components.
• Interpret bill of materials and technical drawings to complete projects as required.
• Document work processes and report any discrepancies or repair needs promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with various welding techniques such as MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and protocols associated with welding.
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity for handling tools and materials.
• Certification in welding from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
