Overview

We are hiring MIG/TIG Welders to join our growing fabrication team. This is a hands-on role for individuals who can produce quality welds, work from blueprints, and handle custom fabrication and repair work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum
• Complete custom fabrication projects from blueprint to finished product
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Repair and modify fabricated components
• Perform basic low-voltage electrical wiring
• Operate welding and shop equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• MIG and/or TIG welding experience
• Ability to read and work from blueprints
• Fabrication experience preferred
• Welding certifications are a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
