Overview

The Pipeline Construction Welder Helper assists with the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas projects. This full-time, seasonal position requires manual labor and welding duties in various weather conditions and offers competitive pay and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas projects.
• Perform general labor and welding duties such as digging, grinding, and buffing.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Clean and maintain construction tools and equipment.
• Load and unload equipment from trucks.
• Ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed.
• Lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds repeatedly and perform physical tasks.

Requirements

• Previous related construction experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Previous natural gas project and welding experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with additional related certificates or training.
• Ability to work Monday-Saturday.
• Ability to travel.
• Must pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical.
