Overview

Sheet Metal Workers Local 25 is accepting applications for their Spring 2026 Apprenticeship Program, a paid, 4-year training program that transforms individuals skilled with their hands into some of the highest-paid tradespeople in Northern New Jersey. No college degree or prior experience is required, and the program offers comprehensive training in various aspects of sheet metal work.

Responsibilities

• Learn to sketch, fabricate, and install HVAC systems and architectural metalwork.
• Weld and read blueprints.
• Work on job sites across 8 counties in Northern NJ.
• Perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school transcript, diploma, or GED required.
• No college degree or prior experience necessary.
