Overview

A family-owned, local Las Vegas fabrication company is looking to hire an experienced shop welder fabricator for commercial projects in the Las Vegas area. The position typically requires 40 to 50 hours of work per week, with pay based on experience and provided weekly.

Responsibilities

• Read shop drawings and understand basic welding codes.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Measure, layout, and fit fabricated parts.
• Accept constructive criticism and collaborate with others.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation with a Nevada Driver’s License.
• Has an OSHA 10 Card or ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve quickly.
• Ability to work full-time outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Physical ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry equipment over fifty pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of welding and fabrication experience required.
• Welder certification in 3G GMAW (MIG) is a plus.
