Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Welder to join our team, responsible for repair welding on parts missed by robotic welders. The ideal candidate will ensure production numbers are met while maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders.
• Set up jigs and fixtures by adjusting equipment to produce the product.
• Operate equipment efficiently to meet production standards.
• Use necessary measuring tools to ensure required quality standards.
• Maintain all required records and keep a clean work area.
• Follow all verbal and written instructions related to die and equipment operations.
• Perform fixture set-ups, buffing, spot welding, and MIG welding.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG welding.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform repair welding.
• Experience in machine loading is a plus.
• Ability to maintain punctuality and have excellent attendance.
• Must pass a weld test.
