Quick Draw Tarpaulin Systems

Overview

We are looking for hard working and driven Welders to work as Master Installers in an industry leading fabrication shop that installs Tarp systems on trucks and trailers. This position offers full training in-house and a supportive environment where you can grow and belong.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding (aluminum or steel MIG welding).
• Lift, bend, and pull weights of 30-50 pounds.
• Daily use of saws, torches, pneumatic hand and power tools.
• Operate industrial machines, equipment, and forklifts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in welding (aluminum or steel MIG welding).
• Tool/manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a small, motivated, and unified team environment.
