IMMI is seeking motivated Welders to join their team as Production MIG Welders, responsible for welding critical parts to ensure safety. The company is a global leader in safety solutions, headquartered in Westfield, Indiana, with a mission to protect lives through innovative safety products.

Responsibilities

• Weld products according to work instructions and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor welding, burning, and fitting processes to prevent overheating or damage.
• Deliver daily production output and communicate any problems or delays.
• Assist at various workstations throughout the work process as needed.

Requirements

• Previous welding knowledge with appropriate education.
• Ability to understand and apply written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Punctuality for work every day.

Additional Information

• Work hours are Monday - Thursday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Work location is in person in Westfield, IN 46074.
• Candidates must relocate to Westfield, IN 46074 before starting work.
