Overview

We are looking for a focused, passionate Welder to join our team! This position offers flexible hours, great benefits, and a positive working culture. It's a great opportunity for those starting their welding careers or candidates with some experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform production MIG welding operations in a production style environment.
• Read blueprints to reference basic part features, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Complete all inspection and quality processes as required per weldment.
• Troubleshoot or make adjustments at the machine to maintain weld quality.
• Maintain production rate/speed consistently across jobs or parts.
• Perform routine daily cell and machine maintenance.

Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of prior MIG welding work experience or technical welding education.
• Be detail oriented with a production-focused mindset.
• Be reliable, honest, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Be able to use and read a tape measure and square.
• Have a desire to learn and be open to coaching.
• Be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours per day with minimal break periods.
• Be able to regularly lift raw material, work pieces, or finished weldments up to 40 pounds.
• Be comfortable performing repetitive movements required for finish grinding operations.
