Overview

Step onto our Milwaukee, WI floor and into a role where precision meets pride. As projects move from concept to completion, you’ll apply expert TIG (GTAW) techniques across various materials, ensuring every weld meets exacting specifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-precision TIG welds on multiple materials to meet or exceed specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan work accurately.
• Diagnose and resolve welding issues to maintain steady production flow.
• Partner with peers to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment for optimal results.

Requirements

• Proven TIG welding experience; MIG experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and sound judgment on the floor.
• Fluency in blueprint and technical drawing interpretation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

• We offer both 1st and 2nd shift.
• The 2nd shift includes a shift premium and runs a four 10-hour day schedule, Monday–Thursday.
