Founded in 1985, ATS is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, specializing in Industrial Maintenance to improve factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identifies and sources parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards.
• Works with Planner Scheduler to optimize preventative maintenance procedures.
• Sets up and operates multiple machining operations including lathe, drill press, and grinder.
• Complies with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Leads and participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Provides assistance and training to lower level technicians.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems.
• Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data.
• Updates records and reviews CMMS history.
• Completes on-the-job training and technical self-study programs.
• Follows all safety related policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience, or 7 years of experience in specific industry.
• Experience in predictive technologies and general maintenance of applicable process equipment.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools.
• Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations.
• May be required to travel.
