Responsibilities

• Operate MIG welding machines to join metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for welding projects.
• Set up and calibrate welding equipment, adjusting gas flow, voltage, and wire feed speed.
• Prepare metal surfaces by cutting, grinding, and cleaning.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of welding equipment.
