Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Thomasville, GA. Our facility values craftsmanship and teamwork, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to our projects with both skill and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret engineered drawings, blueprints, weld symbols, and dimensions.
• Perform welding operations to produce high-quality welds on stainless and carbon steel.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve welding equipment, machine, and consumable issues.
• Operate essential hand and power tools, including grinders and chipping hammers.
• Accurately record labor hours and production data in the ERP system (SAP).
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, managers, and team members.
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of welding experience in an industrial or fabrication environment.
• Experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and GMAW/MIG Welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
