Requirements

• Proven experience in metal fabrication, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
